PurpleLeap initiative rests heavily on the partnership model with the college where PurpleLeap provides strategic inputs for making the talent industry-ready and college provides the necessary support to make the programs a success among students.

PurpleLeap makes the investment of technology upgradation at colleges to enable a PurpleLeap CareerCenter at the college. We also conduct systematic interventions like faculty orientation programs to bring the corporate and academia closer. Once we establish PurpleLeap CareerCenter in the college, the students of the college benefit from various career related services offered by PurpleLeap. Our objective is that every student in the participating college should be empowered to pursue ones choice of career.

The college needs to provide a conducive environment for making this initiative succeed. This includes providing scheduled time for lab work and classroom space for the sessions and accommodating PurpleLeap programs schedule in the timetable.
