PurpleLeap presents Campus P10 Program, a unique value proposition to partner IT organizations for effectively managing entry-level talent. PurpleLeap Campus P10 program provides pre-screened candidates who are fully trained to be 'ready-to-deploy' for the IT industry. Year-on-year, companies can benefit by just-in-time sourcing from this pool of “Ready-to-Deploy” talent.
PurpleLeap conducts intensive 500 hour training at college campus. These resources are trained for one of the entry-level roles in the industry. These candidates can be directly put to project teams. PurpleLeap makes these candidates available to partner organizations on a priority basis.
How: PurpleLeap sets up cutting-edge VSAT enabled multi-media learning center at the college. Students undergo an extensive training program modeled on the in-house induction training program. Apart from certifying successful students, PurpleLeap creates a detailed skill-map of every student.
