Q: How can PurpleLeap help me start my career?

A:
Students who do not get a good job are either under-skilled or under-exposed. Under-skilled refers to the situation where the student does not have the right skills that industry is looking for. These skills could be a mix of behavioral, communication, cognitive or technical in nature. Under-exposed refers to the situation where student has the requisite skill-set but is not able to connect to the right organization that needs candidates with that skill-set.
PurpleLeap helps a student benchmark her skill with industry expectations. After that, PurpleLeap Career Programs build the necessary skill-set for specific roles in the industry and then provide opportunities to connect with the right organization through PurpleLeap Staffing Services.

Q: Is PurpleLeap a training organization or a placement consultant?

A: None!
PurpleLeap is not a training organization that conducts IT or Soft Skills training. Similarly, we are not a typical placement consultant that does the match making between candidate and organizations.
PurpleLeap is one of its kind offering that makes students ‘ready-to-deploy’ thereby adding value to both organizations and students. Organizations get ready-to-deploy resources and students get a jump-start to their careers. We take ownership of the talent management in the same way as industry takes ownership of the fresh talent.
